I work from home. I don't even have a second place.

I take a walk on the beach or in a park every day after work to switch my brain away from the buzzy-ness of screens and multitasking.

Plus dance classes and events at least three times of week.

No longer dealing with sleep issues and symptoms of isolation.

Not spending 2h on unnecessary commute is a big bonus too.

Changing this improved my mental health significantly. I'll try to never work fully remote again

So do I, that's why I leave my house around 5pm, 5:15 at the latest.

To the gym, to my favourite cafe, walking alone in a random direction, doesn't particularly matter.
