Yeah, sort of, except Brik-a-Bloks allow you to build enclosed structures, so it feels more like a fort. But Quadro would still allow you to use sheets, etc. to complete the fort look.

Quadro has "tiles" you can use to make forts like that too. Source: my childhood.
