I'm an SRE, supervising and mentoring a multinational team to maintain 6 branch offices in 4 countries, with 500+ users using our services, keeping inventory healthy and people happy with their tools. I work with lots of service providers, and can run an office smoothly, in an organized, transparent and predictable fashion.
I'm looking to switch jobs since, due to my condition of being a contractor, I am unable to progress further in my current job. My employers are very willing to offer more responsibilities to me but since the pay won't accompany, I just can't stay in good conscience.
I'm looking for SRE Jobs where a similar level of responsibility is expected of me, I'd like to have a job where I can be more proactive instead of reactive, in a company where vertical growth is possible. Any schedule that begins and ends within 5AM~5PM GMT-3 is alright with me.
