The one with taking creepy pictures has real victims, the one with making the machine generate the picture doesn’t but it tells something about the character of the person who makes it generate so I’m fine with them punished. Either way making the machine provider do the policing is ridiculous.

If they are harassing actual people, sure but that still should be handled by the actual police, not turning companies into police.
