It's not a double standard.

Musk has a history of doxxing.

Pichai/Cook does not have a history of doxxing.

Ergo, we would expect Musk to doxx somebody given the opportunity while we would not expect the same of Pichai/Cook. The standard being, somebody who likes to doxx will doxx.
