SOPHIE is a fast-growing AI startup building next-generation tools for enterprise productivity. We're looking for a backend engineer (3–4 years' experience) to join our core tech team. You'll work with Java/Rust and Python, helping scale our AI platform and integrate with customer systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- 3+ years backend experience (Java or Rust, Python)
- Some exposure to cloud infra (AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Hybrid: Work from our Barcelona office 3 days/week
