Trucks with over a 10000 lbs gvwr are exempt. Wish they would just tie it to a CDL requirement.

I thought that pedestrian safety was already part of mandatory crash worthiness testing.


And a case could be made that auto designers are Carmageddon fans, with the size and height of their vehicles' front ends.

Now as for testing, well all the more reason to leverage that sport/work vehicle loophole until society collapses under the weight of the externalities.
