"A more secure alternative" means practically nothing. The current title ("Google questions Microsoft ability to secure cloud in promotional whitepaper") is an accurate description of the content. I read it with interest; I wouldn't have if I saw just the title of the paper.

Agreed, sometimes the well intentioned rules can be wrong
