Very cool. DNA is more than than its base pairs. I think a lot of hype around genetics in the 90s/00s was the thought that if we could read it end to end, then we would have full power over it. Really it just gave us the information to learn the secondary and tertiary effects caused by chomatin, promotoers, and epigenetics that really govern life.
