Trying to read the linked study [1] are they applying 200mV? Is there a current limiter or a signal modulator or is this just pure direct current? I will be happy to test this on myself as I always manage to get cuts and scrapes working on the homestead.

I currently just apply a mixture of povidone iodine and zinc oxide after irrigating with H2O2.
