I think so. Although I'm still new to TamperMonkey and figuring out its quirks.
Whilst I've been putting this together I've asked Tampermonkey to check for updates and it's pulled in the newest version from my repo. So you should get automatic updates when I make changes. Although I believe those changes may take a little time to come through due to github's caching of raw content URLs.
