Other big changes are in New Agreements, Binding Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. Hardware cheats are also accounted for in the new EULA.

This seems like the big one, though:

From Section 1.D.ii.1.: Without limiting the applicability of the Custom Game Acceptable Use Policy or any part thereof, you understand and agree that Custom Games are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Blizzard. Without limiting the foregoing, you hereby assign to Blizzard all of your rights, title and interest in and to all Custom Games,....
