I've played with Lisp a lot, but never anything serious; I can imagine that Lisp syntax, with appropriate hotkeys, would make for some speedy navigation/refactoring, though!

Imo, good REPL integration is the thing to take from Lisp, not necessarily the syntax (although I'm a fan of it). See CL with SLIME.
