will is my brother, his SysAdmin skills are above average by bay area standards. He hasn't done significant programming for me (outside the SysAdmin role, scripts, etc...) so I can't really evaluate him as a programmer.
The unusual thing about him is that he has excellent communication skills, something that is pretty rare at his age.
