What are some great use cases for this type of tool? Is it mainly for quick testing or temporary stuff? Or would you use it for something longer term? Indie developer or team?

Anything web-related, whether you are an individual or a team. I use it solo but the real-time collaboration and builtin chat must be great for teams.
