Taking it more seriously, well, I'm not a sysadmin, I'm more of a developer (usually on Mac) with a passing interest in Windows servers. But here's my list: at least one question could relate to knowing any advanced Windows terms they might come across in a sysadmin context, like VHDs, different types of installers/drivers, differences between client, server, core, nano editions of Windows. Bonus points if they know of Git, Nuget or Chocolatey? Oh, and they're good in my books if they know about Microsoft Virtual Academy and Channel 9, especially the early Scoble days ;-) I do like the direction Microsoft's been going lately...
