I am from 2010 pilot group with Vendder project. Most teams will agree the reimbursement process is broken, time-consuming and painful.

I dare everybody here to push forward a type of investment, loan or subsidy that provides you 40.000USD with so little effort from your part without asking any share of your company in return.

Once again, and for the entire web to read, Startup Chile is a governamental grant/subsidy and should be considered as should, even if they have a so energetic staff who shoot fancy videos and write enjoyable blog posts. If you consider this you see Startup Chile deal is much sweeter than most government initiatives everywhere else.

A person should not compare apples and oranges.

Is there a startup incubator/seed funding break down chart? It would really highlight some of the differences that all of these programs have- when starts up more or less (we did) blindly enter

I am at 10.200 being studying Enlgish for 8 years and using it on a daily basis for social and professional life. My level of English is above almost all my pears from I come from.

Pears, just like apples, usually don't speak at all, let alone in foreign languages.

Sorry for the pun but since this is a thread about vocabulary and it's sunday when most of the regulars are away instead of procrastinating at work anyway I hope I may be forgiven.

We've also moved vendder.com to Chile since November and has been great so far. Some of us wrote about our experiences here: http://tiagomatos.org/blog/?p=873 http://www.nathanlustig.com/2010/12/20/start-up-chile-faq/

Almost 100% matching my drinking habits. Except the booze. My favorite one is Martini Bianco with the same amount of pure lemon juice. Most people hate it.

Are you saying a Martini made with Martini Bianco + lemon juice, or Martini Bianco + lemon juice?

Honestly speaking, we've put most of our effort on the back-end development. Our landing page is just Wordpress with a modified custom theme. A designer colleague gave us a help on the branding but the same way many banks / big corps use blue in their logo, green is very standard here. If you think you could do better we're happy to be helped ;) cause every Photoshop crop we do take us half of the day.

Thanks ssn for noticing it.

I was quite perplexed today. We hope they did not realized we have realised Vendder into the wild, for some months now, especially as our services overlap so much.

We send them an email some moments ago about this fact. Let's see how it goes.
