Those sentences don't seem grammatically correct. It's almost as if the researchers were deliberately using illogical sentences to stump the parser, which most people wouldn't do so it's a pointless exercise

sort of, It makes sense if you take into account the esoteric speech cadence of ESL individuals.

Something that the meme generation is all to happy to not only accept but verbatim repeat.

Wow thank you, this is basically what I was trying to build

tried to go to their homepage minutes before I uploaded the image and google gave me the warning

I get why Apple don't think widgets etc are useful, but I'd still like the choice to decide for myself. Android gives me that and iOS doesn't; that's probably my main issue.

I also completely agree that Google's android is a lot less free than the open source android, its just more accessible than o-s android.

Battery issue is partly due to my charging habits (which I'm fixing), partly due to usage (couldn't get a day out of a factory reset iPhone 5 either), and because i've bullied my phone a bit so wear and tear is probably contributing. As for camera, that's an overheating issue caused by a manufacturing problem with a batch of the copper insulation tape (or something like that) that went into a lot of the M7's, can't entirely blame htc for that, but their QC/QA could do with some work (which i think they realised too with their newer phones).

I wouldn't have asked this question if the Google play edition devices still existed and the nexus 6 was offered in a slightly smaller size.

This is probably the worst time of year to look to buy a new phone, so I'll probably wait till I/O and wwdc to see if something newer and more compelling is launched.

Thanks for offering up your opinion :)

Even if a new phone is announced it won’t be out until September so if you need a new phone now just get one of the current ones.

Nothing fixes itself

Could this be a foray into interactive online museums?

I currently live in Dubai so a lot of services like netflix don't work here, so a vpn lets me use my subscriptions instead of letting them waste away. Plus it gives you slightly more privacy (depending on your vpn provider). Can be useful for anonymity if you combine with tor like so: http://www.deepdotweb.com/jolly-rogers-security-guide-for-be...

Is there any intention of building this out into a broader music-making tool? I can think of a lot of ways this could be a great way for introducing people to music production in a simple, intuitive manner. It also helps that Madeon is behind this and his music is arguably some of the most creative and well thought out since the likes of Daft Punk

It's called Ableton Live... they didn't invent the idea, but they're easily the most popular software for building and playing layered loops.

Lots of artistry goes into authoring the loops themselves before you ever get to the point of sequencing them into a song. The Adventure Machine lets you enjoy the fruits of Madeon's work in building some loops that work together well.

Ableton Live is not intuitive (personal experience), nor is it freely available on the web like this is, which is what I was trying to get at (but missed mentioning).

what jweather says. we've not made the first looper... however, have considered launching it as a tool for people to add their own audio loops to... maybe one day...
