Just like that excellent Yes Minister episode about hospitals - I imagine they have more then enough internal busywork so they have no time for their customers. Which the older am I the more this seems true.

That's something new. I'll have to try it Thanks!

That still shouldn't be a part of post mortem, more of a performance review item.

They should be performantly removed.

The "coin" part is usually detachable, so no need to leave the whole set of keys with the cart during shopping.

Yes, but they do cost money and effort to get. A 25-50 eurocent coin is probably equivalent.

The only thing that's useful about those things is that it's easier to get them faster.

Where I live it is always 1€ coins.

But leaving it on is a good way to avoid forgetting to it.

There’s ones with a “notch” in the coin part. So you unlock the cart, twist it, pull it out.

The unexpected benefit which I've noticed when switching from a small, light car to a heavier, medium EV car is that the latter doesn't drive/feel any worse when fully loaded. Makes the trips that much more pleasant.

I wrote a "CMS" in college as a project in PHP (really hot then) so you could drag txt files and images into whatever directories and it would create web pages based on that. Professors were not impressed: "why you would want such thing, a MS Access would be better". I was disappointed, but hey, that's life.

I used PHP for so much stuff in the past. Really gave me a good start in large company but in school they teached us Microsoft FrontPage as the way to go tool for websites. Strange days. Hope you went on with your ideas and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Cloning a repo and running things from it are two very different things.

Adobe. The only "free trial" subscription I actually had to pay to cancel. Despicable company.

The FTC sued Adobe last year for subscription dark patterns.

I use a popsocket on a naked iphone 14 pro and it's great in my experience. I don't think I've dropped it once after going worth this setup.
