These waves were discovered in spacetime, so these detectors are already for both space and time dilation and expansion.

some old classmates of mine published a paper related to feedback loops:

We use the natural numbers as an abstraction to understand computation. Arithmetic and number theory have isomorphisms to other areas of mathematics. The proofs-as-programs equivalence shows that math and computation are the same. So i like to think numbers are how we perceive the computational aspect of reality.

What effect do yall think this could have on AI? There is literature describing performance advantages of using Fourier transform space for convolutional neural networks

For those interested there is a cool relationship between a convolution and a Fourier transform: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Convolution_theorem

The fourier transform is a linear operator (implementable as a dense NN layer) so I wouldn't be surprised if some NNs learn it or an approximation during training.

Init only setters are a dream come true. Property initializer syntax to me is very readable and lack of read-only support after initialization was the main reason i avoided using it

It was unclear to me from the article, if you don't set an init property during construction, does it get default value or compiler error?

Default value, just like if you do { get; private set; } and never set it, or just { get; } and never do.

Alongside casual vs formal I think we see workwear and sportswear consistently evolve into fashionwear. I see the baseball cap as an example of that. Baseball caps were originally worn by players. I think the bucket hat is another example, traditionally worn by fishers and farmers. Both of these hats came in around 150 years ago.

Knit or woolly caps on the other hand have been used for over 1000 years. I think it's safe to think the knit hat will be around for many more generations
