I think you’re conflating intuitional alarms Gavin de Becker style with treating people as individuals which is two very different things. Racism is about our society treating people of color fairly whereas the other is about maintaining healthy boundaries and respecting your intuition.
I think this is a nuclear bad not only because I think it excuses bad behavior but also because I think it’s just intellectually lazy.

Like actual Pilot Frixion pens, or something else? I know there's a hobby around nice pens and the frixion ones probably feel awful compared to those, but as a layperson when it comes to pens they seemed totally fine to work with.
I think it’d be really hard not to psychologically anchor.
My experience with agile is either:
* you get stressed out being measured at such a low resolution and sandbag or
* you wind up in a low accountability context because even management knows how messed up scrum is for their use case.

I was hoping to find data on Pieter's current projects using Sqlite and their loads. (For all I know, RemoteOK still does, but I can't find more recent posts about it).
I wonder if signing sha-1 mitigates the threat of using an outdated hash.
