After solving the cube, it doesn't let you share the completed screenshot...

Seems strange to me that you still have to plug in your iPhone. Nowhere does it say that you can connect via Bluetooth.

Does Bluetooth have the necessary throughput to send 1-3 MP of graphics data with approx. 10+ FPS to a car LCD display? Even if this was possible, it would drain your phone's battery considerably, which means you have to plug in your phone nevertheless to let it charge. Aside, attaching the iPhone via cable will be straight and much less cumbersome and error prone than pairing over Bluetooth.

No it doesn't and it would drain the battery anyway, plugging in is sensible, plus then it can charge the device.

That will be added in the second iteration, as a new innovative feature.

Currently searching for a team to take on an augmented reality project giving realtime visualizations on a transparent screen for a driver on a racetrack...anyone can email me for details if this is something anyone would be interested in

You mean a head up display (HUD) for a racecar ?

I'd be interested in talking with you about the project, it might be something I could partner with you on.

You can find my contact info in the website linked from my HN profile, send me an email if you're interested.

Thanks for this reminder, as this is what I used to use. I had a friend of mine very abruptly pass away and the months following his death, I motivated myself just as you are describing. As time has passed, I have forgotten about this. I appreciate your input.

Your answer was so profound that I shared it with all of my friends. Thank you for taking the time.

Reading the first article was cathartic: I have never thought about the deconstruction of habit forming before.

I will implement these suggestions and create a system to follow based on them.

Best of luck! Let me know how it goes! @aadilrazvi

Yep, I'm a huge fan of the Pomodoro technique, which forces me to do this. Works wonders.

+1 for Ubuntu phone: THIS would be a fundamental game changer, and I can't wait to try it out.

I would have loved to expounded upon my thoughts on what the future looks like but I'm budgeting a certain amount of time every morning to blog and ready or not I'm hitting the publish button!

valid point! I just think the line has moved just a tad since then and its important to define where it currently lies.
